I usually only feel it in my thighs when I’m doing it…but then the next day my butt will be really sore. If that’s not the case for you, then you’re probably not squatting low enough. Make sure your thighs end up parallel with the floor, so your knees will be at a 90degree angle. This will engage your bum muscles more. Also, if you’re not using weights already, add some in. You can use dumbbells if you don’t have access to a gym. Just hold them on your shoulders or above your head.

I feel like everyone that I see on here has like long abdomens. Mine is super short, so my abs don’t show up as well as other peoples. I’m trying to accept it, but I know what I want them to look like and they just won’t xD.
Is there any other short abdomen fitblrs?
Me!! I seriously feel like I have the shortest torso of history! If I could take an inch from my oddly long legs and give it to my torso, I’d have the best abs in the world! Frustrating, isn’t it?!
